Suitical Dry® Cooling Vest Dog

The cooling effect is the result of evaporation in the vest and is largely dependent on humidity and airflow outside the vest. By filling the vest with water, the cooling will start directly for 1-3 days. Perfect to keep your dog cool during a (long) walk or hike.

The DRY® Cooling Vest contains a safe cooling system for dogs, without the use of chemicals or gels. Just simply fill the vest with water and the cooling will start immediately. Thanks to the patented DRY® system, the vest will not become wet or moist during use. In this way, the dog and vest will stay cool and dry.

Thanks to the professional cooling technology, the DRY® Cooling Vest cools your dog directly and gradually for 1-3 days. In this way, you could prevent your dog from developing heat stress.

We know how important it is to be able to quickly dress and undress your dog, which is why our DRY® Cooling Vest is very easy to use and has adjustable straps with buckles to secure. This vest covers most parts of the back and belly for an optimal cooling effect on your dog’s body. Getting the vest on and off your dog is very simple:

Step 1: Place your dog’s head through the opening.

Step 2: Take the black straps on the belly side and put these through the provided openings to keep them in place. Then secure the vest by fastening the buckles. Adjust the straps by pulling gently.

Step 3: It is important to keep monitoring your dog if the straps aren’t too tight around the body and neck, this can otherwise lead to breathing and blood circulation problems.

Dogs can’t sweat with sweat glands, as we humans can. Dogs have a coat that is insulating. Where humans can take off a jacket, the coat of dogs remains warm and your dog’s body temperature can easily rise. This DRY® Cooling Vest is comfortable, has an adjustable fit, is light and easy to (re)fill and remains dry. This easy to put on and off DRY® Cooling Vest is specially designed on the anatomy of dogs and can therefor only be used for dogs.

Important information:

Consult your veterinarian when you want to use the DRY® Cooling Vest for medical purposes. Your veterinarian can recommend a suitable treatment. Keep monitoring your dog regularly to make sure the fit is not too tight. We recommend keeping your dog under supervision of a responsible adult at all times while using the DRY® Cooling Vest. Please consult your veterinarian if your dog’s behavior is changing.

Washing instructions:

The washing instructions below will help to keep the product in good condition. Washing, maintaining and handling of delivered items always remains the responsibility of the customer.

Instructions:

• Fasten the buckles before washing;
• Close the valve cap;
• We recommend using a laundry bag;
• Wash the DRY® Cooling Vest up to a maximum of 40ºC/104ºF;
• Never put the DRY® Cooling Vest in the dryer! Hang it out and let it air dry;
• Do not iron;
• Do not use bleach or other chemicals to clean the DRY® Cooling Vest.

Using bleach and other chemicals can cause irritations to your dog’s wound, surgical area, hotspots or more…!

WHAT SIZE?

For a comfortable fit, select the right measurements from you dog below. If your dog is somewhere between two sizes, we recommend going for the larger size. When measuring the chest circumference, measure the widest part of your dog’s chest. When measuring the neck, leave room for two fingers.
